She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin I. Chapman and Elsie Marie Chapman (Palmer); her husband James W. Basham; her children, Jerry, Shirley Basham and Sandra Basham; and her brothers, Norman, David, Keacy and Larry Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, John Irvin Basham (Linda) of Charlestown, IN, Perry William Basham (Linda G.) of Jeffersonville, IN and Norma Jean Nasby of Henryville, IN; and her sister Betty Jean Miller of Henryville, IN.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
