It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Crystal Gayle Coomer Kern (Henryville, Indiana), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Rod Coomer and Peggy Coomer (Staton); her daughter Jordan Cheyenne Kern; her brother Andrew Coomer (Jordan); and her niece Aubrey Ross Coomer.

Donations may be give to the funeral home to help with expenses.
