He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Meadows and Cleo Meadows (Faubion). He is survived by: his wife Lorelei Meadows (Martindale) of Heltonville; his daughter Heidi Gail Meadows (Shad Martindale) of Unionville; his stepdaughters, Donda Lloyd (Daniel) of Bloomfield and Holly Watts of Bloomfield; his brothers, Leo Meadows (Carolyn) of Williams and Bill Meadows (Donna) of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Caleb Macy, Cole Macy, Adrienne Meadows, Lauren Bechman (Bryan), Justin Bovenschen, Sarah Nail, Daniel Lloyd II, Whitney Watts, Katie Watts, Christopher Pate and Samuel Pate.
