She is survived by: her mother Grace Carolyn Phillips (Abel) of Mitchell; her husband Terry Purdy of Heltonville; her brothers, Gregory Lee Phillips (Janet) of Mitchell and Gordon Gene Phillips (Carol) of Mitchell; her father-in-law William Purdy (Don) of Heltonville; and her siblings-in-law, Teresa Davis of Heltonville and Tony Purdy (Anita) of Bedford.
