She is survived by: her children, Judy Smith (Ted) of Heltonville and Terry Smale (Susan) of Heltonville; her grandchildren, Teddy Smith (Shawn), Tony Smith (Joni), Tracy Smith (Gina), Terry Dean Smith, Cinnamon Kelly, Temple Hopper, Tim Smale (Amy) and Heather McGlocklin (Smale); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Kristen), Todd Smith, Erin Prince (Craig), Taylor Smith, Lauren King (Chris), Alex Smith, Dalton Sosh (Taylor), Dakota Sosh and Taylor McGlocklin.
