He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bristow; his daughter Amanda Hardin (John) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Riley Bills, Erin LeMaster, Rebecca, Alycia Billings, Ty, Lydia Fox, Jared, Holly and Shane Kinser; his great grandchild Jace LeMaster; his father Rick Lazell of Nashville; and his brother Jeff Leech (Melody) of Columbus.
