He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Mitchell Clark; and his brother Steve Clark. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Chastain Clark; his wife Donna Clark; his sons, Aaron Clark (Letha) of Whiteland, IN, Brandon Clark (Katie) of Rapid City, SD and Christopher Clark (Andrea) of Edinburgh, IN; and his sisters, Karen Edwards of Alabama and Melissa VanWinkle (Scott) of Franklin, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
