He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fender and Bernice Fender (Meadows); his daughter Tonya Fender; and his siblings, Ladona, Carl Eugene Fender and Marnice Prince.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kinser; his children, Jackie Fender Jr. (Jodie), LaDonna Fender Lee and Lena Gassaway (Jason); his grandchildren, Dustin Fender, Evan Martin (Kimmy), Brady Martin, Noah, Sidney Carlile (Justice Woods), Elizabeth Lee (Jathan Howe), Eli Lee, Laken Fender, Braden Baker, Samantha, Alexandra Gassaway and Daisy May; his great grandchildren, Lucas Hopper, Elara Elaine Deckard, Harrison and Vivien Martin; and his brothers, Charles Fender (Carol) and Rex Allen Fender. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
