He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Scott, Rusty and Chris; his stepson Billy Mills; his grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Maddie Turner (Gary) and Macie Brown (Jordan); his stepgranddaughter EmmaLee Burgess; his sister Joyce Hawkins (Phil); his stepsisters, Cindy Stewart and Carolyn Prince; and his nephew Andy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
