He is survived by: his wife Carole Lewis; his children, Sandra Phelps (Bryan Sr.) and Sanda Lewis (Jake Blodgett); his grandchildren, Cynthia Westlake (Travis), Ashley Burkart, Bryan Jr. Phelps (Alicia), Calvin Riley, Angela Bruner and Dustin Riley (Kim Moravec); his great grandchildren, Christopher Ramirez Jr., Savannah Ramirez, Anthony Ramirez, Gracelynn Ramirez and Rhylie Phelps; and his great great grandchildren, Sophia Ramirez, Christopher Ramirez III and Aila Stivanson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Wayne's name to Carole Lewis.
