She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Stanley Watkins; her son William Robert Watkins; her son-in-law Larry Mazepa; her parents, George B. Hoffman and Mary Lovina Hoffman; and her brothers, George B. Hoffman and John Eugene "Gene" Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sue Mazepa (late Larry), David Stanley Watkins (Debra), Richard Thomas Watkins, Patti Jo Watkins Wiler (Bill) and Kathy Ann Watkins Stein. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Virginia's name to VNA Hospice or a charity of your choice.
