He is survived by: his wife Donna McCullough (Sowards); his daughter Riley McCullough; his siblings, Darrin McCullough (Jen) and Amy Maratea (Jeff); and his parents, James McCullough and Karyl McCullough.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Thomas' name to St. Helen's Church.
