He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Katherine DeYoung; his parents, Otto DeYoung, and Florence DeYoung, Jr.; and his brother John "Jody" DeYoung. He is survived by: his children, Kevin R. DeYoung (Julie), Kathy R. Micka and Kerry R. DeYoung (Kathy); his grandchildren, Ashley M. Rhodes (Allen), Abbey M. Miller (Patrick), Ali M. DeYoung, Amy M. Eppolito (Jake), Lisa Micka (Dennis Healy), Michael Micka, Zachary DeYoung (Brie) and Emily Cooper (Alex); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Julia Miller, Dennis W. Healy V, Sawyer, Harper DeYoung, Kinsley and Avery Cooper; his sister Joan Spurgeon (John); and his sister-in-law Blossom DeYoung (Jody). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
