He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Meeks and Marcella Meeks; and his siblings, Wayne, Pete, Dale, Chuckie and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Meeks; his children, Wanda DeBold, Rhonda Meeks, Roger Meeks, Jr. (Sheyla), Heidi Fultz (Michael) and Sarah Hough (Brandon); his grandchildren, Andrew, Melissa, Michelle, Bianca, Haley, Drake, Dillon, Laney, Lacey, Oliver, Josephine, Arley and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Loghan, Aidan, Bentley, Raelyn, Asher and Addison; and his siblings, Dan, Denny, Carolyn, Naomi, Maxine and Delores.
