He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Hyndman; his grandson Michael Gast; and his parents, John Hyndman and Edna Hyndman. He is survived by: his children, Patricia R. Crider, Sally Mroz (Charles), Janet Gulbransen (Chris), Robert A. Hyndman, Jr. (Debbie) and Harry H. Hyndman (Wendy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Bob's name to VNA Hospice in Valparaiso, IN.
