It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis I. Osby of Hebron, Indiana, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Osby; her parents, Arthur Wells and Julia Wells; and her brothers, Arthur Wells and Orville King.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Hisick (Jason) and John Osby (Kathy); her grandchildren, Jason Hisick, Jack Osby, Josh Osby and Ashley Osby; and her sisters, Evelyn Bean, Joyce Walter (Harold) and Linda Cole.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Phyllis's name to the American Cancer Society.
