He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy Partin; his former wife Sue Partin; his grandson Andy Heck; his parents, Elmer Partin and Bessie Partin; and his siblings, Buddy, Bill, Romey, Reid, Merle Partin, Faye Fuson and Frieda Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Buddy Partin (Bonnie), Stacy Konway (Bill) and Bobby Todd Partin; his stepchildren, Cheryl Campbell (Russ), Shelly Howard (Dave), Randy Wiser (Christy) and Shawn Frazier (Amy); his grandchildren, Ricky Heck, Chenoa Partin, Abby Young, Katie Carson, Zak Konway, Dillon Partin, Sammi Boshaw, Olivia Hammond, Dakota Partin, Lexi Hoffman, Jacy Partin and Colton Frazier; and his friends, Heidi, Megan, Hannah, Nick and Rosa. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; his many nieces, nephews.
