She was predeceased by: her father Robert Witham; and her sister Sherry Witham. She is survived by: her husband Mario Villanueva; her mother Patricia Witham; her siblings, Sheila Mlechick (David) and Robert Witham (Dawn); and her nieces and nephews, Domonick, Nathaniel, Emily, Abigail Mlechick, Skye, Mark and Sheyann Witham.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Julie's name to the American Cancer Society.
