It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Smith of Hebron, Indiana, born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Mildred Smith (Osborne); his siblings, Jim Smith and Kim Bostic; and his sister-in-law Beth Grenke.
He is survived by: his children, Cristina Rayburn (Brian) of Wanatah, Rebecca Saylor (John) of Westville and Robert Smith of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Cole Laux, Haley Saylor and Jack Saylor; his sister Kathy Smith; and his former wife Karen Smith.
