He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Biers; and his great-grandparents, Eva Huffman, Phillip and Rita Porter. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Porter and Janie Porter; his siblings, Tyler G., Ian, Kyle and Addison; his grandparents, Stephen Porter, Deron and Faye Porter; his uncle Dennis; his aunt Krystal Porter; and his cousins, Vronika, Ryker, Nikholet, Emilee, Kylee, Dylan and Kyla.
Funeral Services will be Private for the family. Due to Covid-19, restrictions in the Funeral Home include: social distancing at 6 feet and face masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jacob's name to the NICK Foundation at nwicancerkids.org.
