He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Hardesty; his grandson Ward Doepping; and his siblings, Milton and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Irons; his son Edward Doepping (Sharon) of Crown; his son-in-law Charles Hardesty (Mary Lou) of Wheeler; his grandchildren, Eric Hardesty (Deneise) and Melissa Webber (Eugene); and his great grandchildren, Bethany, Branden Hardesty, Gabriel and Graham Kitkowski.
