He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Rogers (Paulette) of Florida, William Dame (Janet) of Alabama, Rickey Dame of Hebron, Mary Sue Sheets (Ray) of Hebron and Barbara Gail Dewell (Dave) of Hebron; his stepchildren, Amy Glassford (Scott) and John Builta (Laura); and his stepgrandsons, Austin Glassford and John Builta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
