He was predeceased by: his parents, John Babiak and Mary Babiak; and his brother John Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, John Babiak (Dora) and Gene Babiak (Angie); his grandchildren, Ariel, Owen, Alec and Kyle Babiak; and his siblings, George Babiak, Dorothy Doelling and JoAnn Fraizer (Bud).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Frank's name to the Hebron United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
