He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jackett and Marion Jackett. He is survived by: his wife Sharron Jackett; his children, Jennifer Jackett (Travis Cornwell), Terry Jackett and Kate Katra (Steve); his grandchildren, Mason Cornwell, Piper Cornwell, Evie Katra, Ollie Jackett and Emily Katra; his brothers, Randy Jackett and Jody Jackett; and his nephew Marc Jackett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Dwane's name to the Hebron Food Pantry.
