She is survived by: her husband Greg; her children, Sean Trembczynski (Kasey), Gina Ward (Eric Neely), Damien Ward and Shana Schreiber (Kenneth); and her grandchildren, Ellie, Ava Trembczynski, Hannah, Mason Neely and Rusty Schreiber. She is also survived by three brothers; three sisters; many nieces and nephews.
