She is survived by: her husband Les Osburn; her children, Bruce Osburn (Bonnie) of Roselawn, IN and Kristine Osburn of Hebron; her grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Matthew and Madison Osburn; her great grandchildren, Ariana Costello, Alivia Mink and Orion Costello; her brother Wallace Butterworth of Hebron; and her nephew Robert Casey (Mary) of Cedar Lake, IN..
