It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Randolph-Schmitt (Hebron, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Geiger and Clara Geiger (Kruger); her former husband Lee C. Randolph Sr.; and her brother William Geiger. She is survived by: her husband John Schmitt of Hebron, IN; her children, Scott C. Randolph of Freetown, IN and Lisa C. Van Kley (John) of DeMotte, IN; her grandsons, John Van Kley (Calli) and Daniel Van Kley; her stepchildren, Jeff Schmitt (Marge) of Virginia, Jerry Schmitt of Leroy, IN, Thomas Schmitt (Lori Box) of Schererville, IN, Caroline Bach (Tim) of Louisiana, Karen Miller of Schererville, IN and John Schmitt (Carey) of Missouri; and her siblings, Sue Alsager (Ken) of Munster, IN, Pat Smith of Kalamazoo, MI and Michael Geiger (Margie) of Cedar Lake, IN.. She is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the DeMotte Christian Schools.
