It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Burleigh Grimes of Hebron, Indiana, born in Conde, South Dakota, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Marcy; his siblings, Wesley Grimes, H. Eugene Grimes, Dorothy Klapperich, Maude Eske, Fran Langbehn and Florence Westbury; and his parents, Harry Grimes and Bessie Grimes.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Grimes; his daughters, Renee Wygant (Clif) and Penny Poxon (John); his grandchildren, Jonathan Wygant (Deborah), Jennifer Head (Bryan) and Emma Delva (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Sophia Wygant and Maddelyn Head. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Burleigh's name to Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
