He was predeceased by: his parents, Freemond Harold Frederick and Daisy Frederick (Woods); his siblings, Cheryl Theriac, Malvern, Ron, Eldon and Herman Frederick; and his stepson Jerry Pugh.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Frederick (Robb); his children, Dennis Frederick (Rozena), Debra Kuhlman (Terry), Darwin Frederick, Donald Frederick, Christina Bottoms (Randy) and Rachel Byrns; his siblings, Kathryn Stewart (Wayne), Diana Fluesche (Joe), Glenda Hope, Mabel Adkins (Harold), Lynn Frederick (Jackie), Kevin Frederick (Brenda), Monte Frederick (Sheila) and Muggs Frederick (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Derrick (Melissa), Stuart (Missy), Christopher (Desiree), Brandon Frederick (Ashley), Vanessa Radosevich (Carlos), Allison Shore and Justin Byrns. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
