He is survived by: his brother-in-law Roger Emmert; his wife Verla Ruth (Smith); his children, Mark Lutz (Paula) of Haubstadt, Joseph Lutz (Kris) of Haubstadt, Rhonda Reinbrecht (Kenny) of Haubstadt, Sam Lutz of Haubstadt and Dr. Gary Lutz (Consuelo Alvarez) of Farmville, VA.; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Steven, Michael, Luke, Phillip, Lan, Andy, Aaron, Lena, Mathew, Emily, Logan and Henry.
