He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Schultheis and Mary Louise Schultheis (Luhring); his wife Rita Schultheis; and his brothers, Gerald Schultheis (Betty), James Schultheis (Pauline) and Don Schultheis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Will (Norman) of St. Wendel, June Bates of Haubstadt and Leon Schultheis (Lupe) of Haubstadt; and his niece Rita Kiesel of Haubstadt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his caregiver.
