Mary Ann Hornby Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2020, at the age of 94, Mary Ann Hornby of Haubstadt, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Ballard and Bertha Ballard (Thene); her husband William "Bill" Hornby; her son John Hornby; and her brother William "Bill" Ballard.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Hornby (Linda), Jim Hornby (Diane) and Jesse Hornby; her grandson Quentin Hornby (Elizabeth); her stepgrandchildren, Jack Lowe (Sherry), Crystal Zenthoefer (Alan), Jesse Simmons (Ashley Niece) and Amber Brown (Jaron); her great grandchildren, Kinley, Jade and Hunter; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Mallory, Zachary, Haley, Brice, Jeter, Vera, Savanna, Grace, Selah, Brinley, Trevon, Aubriana, Olivia and Jariah; and her sister Minnie Reinbrecht. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Please practice social distancing and wear a mask if you plan to attend the burial. Due to covid, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
