He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pennington and Matilda Pennington (Geis). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Pennington of Haubstadt, IN; his sons, Kevin Pennington (Kelly) of Evansville, IN, Wayne Pennington of Haubstadt, IN and Todd Pennington (Kendra) of Haubstadt, IN; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Hayden Pennington.

Donations in his honor can be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and to St. Vincent de Paul.
