He was predeceased by: his father George Duffy; his wife Margie Duffy; his sons, Gary Duffy and Rick Staggs; and his siblings, Martin Duffy and Naoma West.
He is survived by: his children, Stan Duffy, Harold, David Staggs and Donna Paul; and his siblings, Elvira Smith, Helen Roberson, Shelia Mabrey and Marvin Duffy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
