He is survived by: his wife Sue Mattingly of Hatfield, IN; his children, Michelle Mattingly of Hatfield, IN and Tom Mattingly of Richland, IN; his grandchildren, Justin Wead, Katelyn Wead, Trey Mattingly and Ty Mattingly; and his siblings, Fred Mattingly, Dennis Mattingly, Judy Whelan, Bill Mattingly, Danny Mattingly and Charlotte Underhill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
