He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvine Hendershot and Faye Maxine Smeltzer Green. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ramsey Leuellen; his children, Travis Shaw (Lari) of Powell, OH, Tony Leuellen of Hartsville, Daniel Leuellen, Jr. of Hartsville and Zach Hendershot (Diane) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Laine, Jameson, Elliot, Eliza, Maddox, Grayson Hendershot, Caleb, Matthew Leuellen, Arden and Aaron Leuellen; and his siblings, Phil Hendershot of Ohio and Karen Hendershot of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to help with funeral expenses.
