It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Fields of Hartsville, Indiana, born in Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Philmore Fields; and her grandson Cayden Ogle. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Fields; her fiancé Gregory L. Harper; her sons, Jeremy Ogle (Robin) of Columbus, IN and James Ogle (Tiffany) of Columbus, IN; and her sisters, Jennifer Anderson (Raymond) of Butlerville, IN, Janet Townsend Jr. of Seymour, IN and Sandy Dover (Tony) of Seymour, IN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
