She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard M. Adam and Verda M. Adam (Surber); her husband Robert J. Irwin; her brother-in-law Robert Hern; and her nephews, Max Irwin, Jr. and Keith Irwin.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary June Hern of Tallahassee, Wanda L. Greathouse (Bob) of Franklin, Indiana and Lee White (Aurie) of Rockton, Illinois; her nieces and nephews, Jane Ellen Naf (John) of Tallahassee, Deborah Sharp (David) of Columbus, Rhonda Lea Martin (John) of Greenwood, Dick O'Neal (Carolyn) of Columbus, Dennis O'Neal of Columbus, Peggy Peratt of West Chester, Sandra Bower of Scipio and Mike Irwin (Jane) of Scipio; her great-nephew John Robert Naf; her great-nieces, Sarah Biehl (Jordan) of Tallahassee and Alope Villarreal; and also, Bobby, Teddy and Graham Biehl.
