He is survived by: his children, Luke Perkins (Brook) of Columbus, Eli Perkins of Hartsville, Cody Clouse of Columbus and Emily Perkins of Hartsville; his siblings, Mark Perkins (Yolanda) of Memphis, TN., John Perkins (Brenda) of Newborn, Indiana and Sheila Moore (Mike) of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Kinsley and Macey Perkins of Elizabethtown.
