He was predeceased by: his father George Edward "Bud" Dice. He is survived by: his mother Doris Marie Dice (Oliver) of Hartford City; his son Michael Edward Dice of Hartford City; his sister Jill S. Dice of Mililani, HI; his niece Zofia M Dice-Cholodzinski of Boston; his close friends, Angel and Ralph Thompson; and his goddaughter Taryn-Thompson-Gross.
