He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Marshall. He is survived by: his parents, William Elwood Ferrell and Ida Mae Ferrell-Carter (Sloan); his wife Tina R. Ferrell (Roderick) of Hartford City; his children, Brittany E. Ferrell of Hartford City, Breanna N. Ferrell of Hartford City, Sophia T. Ferrell of Hartford City, William Travis Ferrell (Shanda) of Huntington and Dakota Leigh Bellard (Duncan F.) of Hartford City; his grandson Grayson John Ferrell; and his siblings, Claude "Bo" Wells (Connie), Mary Boettcher and Juanita P. "Cilla" Burkhan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
