We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2021, at the age of 62, Victor Harold Fancher of Hartford City, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Fancher and Patricia Lou Fancher (Tooley). He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Sue Fancher (Cosner) of Hartford City; his children, Ian D. Fancher (Allison) of Muncie and Brittany N. Fancher of Muncie; his grandchildren, Aiden Tussinger, Lyla Fancher and Jocelyn Fancher; and his brothers, Nick E. Fancher (Beckey) of Pierceton, IN and Nate J. Fancher (Eileen) of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
