It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vicky Reed (Hartford City, Indiana), born in Kingston, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Phyllis Williams (Morris); her stepfather Richard Williams; her brother Richard Willams; her aunt Jane Ann Murrell; her uncle Warren Smith; and her granddaughter Emily O'connell.
She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Lugar (Katie), Joseph McCoin (Brandy) and Justin O'connell; her siblings, Cindy Arnette, Dennis Decker (Cathy) and Terry Williams (Felicia); her grandchildren, Megan Shelton (Xabian), Chelsey McCoin, Josh McCoin, Jordan Douglas, Makayla Evans and Arianna Lugar; and her great grandchildren, Everly, Emersyn, Eizen Shelton and Willow Furnish. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
