She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Boswell and Helen Boswell (Graham). She is survived by: her husband Ron Blakely; her brother Mike Boswell (Kathy) of Austin, Texas; her son Gavin Cochran (Taytum); her grandchildren, Payton Cochran and Gannon Cochran of Columbia, SC; her stepdaughter Melissa Gabet (Jason); her stepgrandchildren, Charlie, Jessica of Fort Wayne, IN, Jeremy Blakely (Pavlina), Weston, Amalia and Cassidy of Warsaw, IN; her niece Melissa Snell (Jason); and her nephew Daniel Boswell (Anna).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Per Tracy's wishes cremation has been held and memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Blackford County Animal Shelter 2520 N 200 E Hartford City, IN 47348.
