He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Lee Sutton Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Marie Sutton (Van Horn) of Hartford City; his wife Cheryl L. Sutton (Overla) of Hartford City; his son Dustin R. Sutton (Susan) of Bluffton; and his siblings, James L. Sutton Jr. of Hartford City, Melinda Lewitt of Indianapolis and Rhonda J. Cale (James) of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
