He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Lee Cowgill and Shirley J. Cowgill (Grose). He is survived by: his children, Shane A. Cowgill (Barbara A.) of Hartford City and Kendal K. Hattery (Hannah) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Gemma Cowgill, Kyesen Cowgill, Minx Cowgill and Riggs Cowgill; his siblings, Teresa "Terri" Hall (Frank) of Hartford City, Troy Cowgill (Michelle) of Haslett, MI and Todd Cowgill of Upland; his cousin Brian Cowgill of Marion; and his friends, Larry, Jennifer Strait of Hartford City and Anne Baker Owen of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
