He was predeceased by: his father Leo E. Alexander; and his siblings, Jerry L. "Jake" Alexander and Linda D. Rice. He is survived by: his mother Melba Ilene Alexander (Sills) of Hartford City; his siblings, Tracy Alexander (June) of Montpelier and Penny Mosley (Robert) of Hartford City; his brother-in-law Rick C. Rice of Hartford City; and his close friends, Bill and Karen Pugh of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
