He is survived by: his parents, Arley Blanche Wagner and Ethel I. Wagner (Wingate); his wife Christina "Chris" Wagner of Hartford City; his children, Mary Beth Armstrong (Steven E.) of Port Clinton, OH, Mark Thomas Wagner (Mindy) of Hartford City and Eric David Wagner of Montpelier; his grandchildren, Abby Sullivan (Gary), Trevor Armstrong (Mary), Amanda Wagner and Keyli Miller (Ty); and his great grandchildren, Emily Sullivan, Paige Armstrong, Elizabeth Ann Sullivan and Lucy Armstrong. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
