It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Welch of Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terry Lee Welch to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ney E. Welch and Mildred A. Welch (Shannon); and his granddaughter Lauren Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Carletta S. "Suze" Welch (Deeds) of Hartford City; his children, Michelle L. Richardson (Jeff) of Andrews, Scott A. Welch (Tara) of Fort Wayne and Stephanie S. Henderson (James) of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Jakob Stevenson (Korbin Brandon), Kaleb Stevenson, Aden Stevenson, Peyote Henderson, Vincent Henderson, Ethan Welch and Oliver Welch; and his great grandchild Rhett Stevenson.
Due to Covid-19 we ask that rules and regulations according to the CDC be followed while in the church and not only is a mask required, but the family really would like to encourage others to wear one at the visitation and funeral.
