She was predeceased by: her father Edward Layman Mealy. She is survived by: her mother Martha E. Mealy (Cheney) of Hartford City; her husband James "Jim" M. Jernigan of Hartford City; her children, Brian E. Kleefisch (Mary A.) of Hartford City, Lori A. Eakins (Allen D.) of Hartford City, Jeremy Jernigan (Nancy) of Hartford City, Josh Jernigan (Carmen) of Hartford City and Johnna Marie Holloway (Jeff) of Florida; and her siblings, Bonnie J. Kirkpatrick (John) of Hartford City, Patti A. McVicker (Dave) of Hartford City and Edward Leon Mealy (Camille) of Hartford City. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
